 We believe in the quality of your new family member.  We don't just place two dogs together to breed. We do a lot of health checks, genetic medical testing, and researching the pedigrees for the history's of the lines before the breeding takes place. We do not charge you more for your pup just because we do genetic health testing of our dogs. We do not charge you more to microchip your pup. We start potty training to a potty pad, or a litter box your choise. We also start clicker training with your pup, before they even go home they will know some kind of trick. We do this as a courtesy to you for your new family member. Please see what your pup will go home with section below. You can click the link Health Tests to read about the testing we do. The results can be emailed to you on any of our dogs. The microchip is included in the cost of the pup, you however do have a right to refuse having one placed.

The sire to our pups is normally a Champion or Champion sired so they have an outstanding pedigree behind them to be well bred pups. We do limit ourselves to only a few great litters a year. So our females get plenty of rest and we retire them early. Our dogs are socialized, well behaved, and not excessive barkers. They don't know a stranger. They are doxies and will bark when they first see you. But, quit once they know your in the home to play with them. lol All of our adults and our pups have been raised or brought up with our family in a home environment with children. We belive it is a valued and most important part of our home, lives, and program. With our dogs being raised in our home we have a limit of what we can have. So sometimes we have available young adults or older pups that we held back fo show to place. Please see our Adult/Rescue section if you are looking for an older doxie to love.

If you are looking for a pup then please let us know if you would like to visit our dogs or pups or be on a waiting list for an upcoming litter. We will have priority if there are any show pups in the litter. If there are no show prospect pups in the litter they will be offered to the waiting list as pets. Once the puppies are born, we will email everyone on the waiting list. Puppies will be considered "available" after we evaluate the litter. Once we have a deposit for your pup we will place the puppy as sold or deposit received. Deposits are non refundable. They will how ever be able to transfer to another litter.

  We guarantee to take our dog/pups back if there are any issues and you can no longer care for them. Also, we will help to assist finding them a home if you can no longer look after them. Please note that there is no refund for this service it is just a courtesy service for our pups/dogs. We will also help place dogs that are dachshunds even if they are not from our breeding's. We don't want any doxies ending up at a shelter.

If you see an available puppy you are interested in, please contact us. Please ask any questions you might have.  I will return emails right away, your welcome to also call. 

Here is a list of items your pup will go home with:

  • As of April 2009 we are now able to offer microchipping for your puppy
  • Copy of any testing results on the puppy as of 2009
  • Copy of the parents test results as of 2009
  • AKC Papers Full or Pet every litter is AKC reg.
  • Copy of the parents AKC pedigree
  • Puppy Kit (with lots of helpful information from house breaking, being around kids, adjusting your pup to new dogs, a puppy development sheet with what to be expected at each age level for the first 6 months of their life. An information sheet on what to feed your puppy how much and when, what shots are expected and when they are due, information on worming, regular vet visits, Heartgard, Frontline etc. 
  • Pictures of Your Puppy any parent photos that you want at your request.
  • I will send home information on what has been done to your pup wile in our care; when we cut their nails, when they were wormed and with what worming solution; what shots were given and when. We will give you in your packet the vaccine labels showing lot number and expiration date, when they were microchipped(what the number is), and any other information about your pup wile in our care. 
  • Toys and or Treats I will inform you of the really good ones. Pups teeth so have plenty for this time.
  • Baby Blanket that he/she is used with siblings the last week they are here. This way it is a confort item for them.
  • Signed copy of The Sales Contract signed by you and me
  • A Indiana State health certificate from our veterinarian if flying, a copy of any veterinarian visit if not flying. All vet information is available at your request for your vet.
  • Our never ending Support and Advice 
  • ****The pup is wanted back should you not be able to care for it any longer. No questions asked!****

Deposit and Contract Information

You must place a  NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to hold any puppy available. To hold the puppy of your choice the deposit amount will depend on the total cost of the puppy. Most puppies require a $150-$200 deposit.
 
 We accept cash, money orders,  pay pal and personal checks. Personal checks will be accepted for final payment, but I have the right to hold pup till the check clears.  Deposits will only be refunded if the puppy becomes sick while in our care.  You may use your credit or debit card using Pay Pal. They will instantly notify us of payments received. ALL Pay Pal payments will reflect an additional 3.5% surcharge.

Price is determined by color, gender, and registration type (Full or Pet). Our puppies prices are $500 and up. This includes any testing, the option for your pup to have a microchip, AKC papers, and the rest of the other items listed on what your pup will go home with section. We do not charge anymore for our pups just because we do the health testing. We do the testing to insure you a healthy puppy.
 
 All puppies will be registered with the American Kennel Club, there are two different types of registration.  Most of my puppies will be sold with PET REGISTRATION, meaning that the puppy is purebred but cannot be used for showing or breeding.  These puppies will be sold on a spay/neuter contract your pet has to be spayed or neutered at around 6 months of age.  Puppies that are available with FULL AKC REGISTRATION will be eligible to participate in all AKC shows and have their offspring registered with the AKC. Please let me know up front if you are interested in purchasing one of our puppies with full registration.  Not all puppies can be sold with full registration. It is up to you whether you wish to register your puppy. We will give you the paperwork and mark it limited to register your puppy. All of our pups will be registered. We do not offer no papers as an option. AKC gives you a few items when you register your pup.  One of the items is a certificate for a free vet exam valued at $40 when you register your pup with them. They also give you a complimentary 60-Day Trial AKC Pet Healthcare Plan. You also receve a puppy health guide book in the mail with a free bag of food coupon.
 
We will ship puppies, but prefer to have them picked up if possible. This way we can meet with you and your family. Also, so you can meet ours and see our home. We will not ship a puppy until we feel it is ready to be shipped, usually around 8-10 weeks. Prices vary per airlines and are subject to change - see the Shipping Information section.
 
For one of our puppies we might ask you a number of questions, or for a personal or vet reference. Also, I will need proof that you can have a dog if you live in an apartment. We only do this to insure our pups are going to great homes. Thank you for your understanding.

 
As we said above AKC gives you an certificate for a free vet exam when you regester your pup with them. We would like for you to take your new puppy to a Veterinarian for a check-up within 72 hours of purchase/pick-up or the health guarantee will be void. But, you can use your certificate for your next exam when you go to get your pups next set of shots. Your vet will be able to confirm the health of your new puppy and continue his/her preventative health requirements.  Please email or call with questions.

Shipping Your Puppy

 
While we prefer that our puppies are picked up in person, we realize this is not always possible. 
Safe shipping is available for an additional cost of  $250-$300 through Delta or Continental Air Lines plus cost of crate and vet health cert. 
 We ship from the Indianapolis International Airport. 
The final payment for the pup must be made by eight weeks of age.
